Baltimore Sun: 2 of 3 midshipmen to be tried in Naval Academy assault case
The Baltimore Sun reports:
Two of the three Naval Academy midshipmen accused of sexually assaulting a female classmate at an off-campus party in 2012 will be tried during a court martial, the academy announced Thursday.
Naval Academy Superintendent Vice Adm. Michael Miller ordered court martials for Midshipman Eric Graham and Midshipman Joshua Tate. Graham is charged with abusive sexual content and Tate is charged with aggravated sexual assault. Both are charged with making false official statements.
Midshipman Tra’ves Bush will not face a court martial. He was accused of aggravated sexual assault and making a false official statement.
