Nancy Parrish, president of Protect Our Defenders, a victims’ support group, said the Pentagon “has released no evidence to prove its claim that victims have more trust in the existing military justice system or the treatment they have received.”
Even if the rate of assaults has stayed constant, Parrish said in a statement, “the number of reports remains absymally low.”
