Military Sexual Assault Litigation

Nancy Parrish, President of Protect Our Defenders joined the courageous plaintiffs Ariana Klay and Elle Hellmer at a press conference to announce Klay v Panetta. Filed by the law firm of Susan Burke, this is the second lawsuit against the military focusing on how the navy and marines retaliate against service members who come forward to report being harassed, raped or sexually assaulted. Protect Our Defenders is collaborating with Ms. Burke on the lawsuits.  When will the military get the message and fix this broken system?
