ARTICLE 60 REVIEW DELAYED

Politico reports:

Hagel will not get the review he ordered about commanders’ power to overturn court-martial convictions until Friday, although he was scheduled to get it yesterday. Hagel asked for a review of Article 60 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice after an Air Force commander used it to void the conviction of an officer convicted of sexual assault.
