Don Christensen Testifies Before House Armed Services Subcommittee About Racial Criminal Justice Disparities

The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel held a hearing on racial disparities in the military justice system. The first panel consisted of Protect Our Defenders President Col. Don Christensen (Ret.) and the Government Accountability Office’s Brenda Farrell discussing research on systemic bias in military justice. The second panel comprised judge advocates general from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps testifying about steps the service branches can take to better address the issue.
