Politico: Pressure is on DoD to Combat Sexual Assault

“A change in culture comes from knowing there are consequences — which we’re focused on — but it also comes from training and making people think about things differently, exposing people to more women in the military, which you’re now going to see with women in combat, that’s what changes things,” [Sen. Amy Klobuchar] said. “That exposure to a number of women, not just one or two but hundreds, and they start doing things differently. Their women are seen as equals, not as something different.”
