SAN ANTONIO — A former Air Force military training instructor has been sentenced for his part in the growing sex scandal at Joint Base San Antonio – Lackland.
Tech Sergeant Julio D. Morales was found guilty of adultery, having an unprofessional relationship with a basic trainee and continuning the relationship while she was a technical training student.
